Learning to use Meridian Tapping effectively is a two-part process. First you learn the tapping points. There are hundreds of acupuncture points on the body. For Meridian Tapping we are only going to use 9 of them. These 9 spots are generally sufficient to address most people’s issues.
The second part of the process is learning to tune-in to your thoughts, feelings, and situations.
