Have you ever had a stress headache? I don’t get headaches very often, but I’ve had quite a few of them recently. News Flash: I don’t like them. When stress is involved, I usually try to tap on the root issue – the stress itself. Sometimes, particularly when you need some quick relief, it can be effective to tap on the physical symptom first.
