Its that time again. A time for gratitude, and a time to recount the “happy things” that I noticed in the past month. I’m sure there were many more that went unnoticed or unrecorded. How many times can I write down “bacon?”

Sometimes when people are writing in gratitude journals or making lists of things that make them happy they limit themselves only to the out of the ordinary or question whether what they are writing is valid. All that is necessary is taking the time to notice how things make you feel. If you feel gratitude, write it down. If you feel happy, write it down. Days feel so much better when we are noticing the positive, the happy, the gratefulness rather than focusing on the negative and the unhappy. Give it a try.
