Not all months are created equal. I can’t say that January 2025 was particularly better or worse than other other years, but it definitely felt more busy. I continued all of the things I normally do, but had the added stress of a new job. Much has changed since I did this particular job before, so it feels like a completely new job. Yet, it spite of being very busy, it was worth taking the time to notice the happy things.
Playing the harp, composing music, and snuggling with my dogs continue to be the biggest bright spots in my day. Yummy soups on a cold day, and quiet mornings are near the top as well. I could list the less than happy things, but I’m am making the personal choice not to dwell on those things.
